GAME DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Halo Blocks may store gameplay-related information locally on your device, including: - high scores; - virtual coin balance; - unlocked or purchased cosmetic items; - selected blocks, themes, and avatars; - game settings; - daily challenge progress; - other gameplay progression and preferences. This information is primarily used to provide and maintain the Game's functionality. Local gameplay data may be removed if you clear the Game's application data or uninstall the Game, subject to any information separately stored by third-party services such as Google Play Games. 3. GOOGLE ADMOB AND ADVERTISING Halo Blocks uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional advertisements that may provide an in-game benefit after the advertisement has been successfully completed. Examples may include: - continuing a game after losing; - receiving additional virtual coins. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process information such as: - IP address, which may be used to estimate general location; - advertising identifiers and other device or account identifiers; - information about interactions with advertisements and the Game; - advertisement views and video interactions; - diagnostic and performance information; - device and application information. CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES Halo Blocks uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent requirements where applicable. ANALYTICS Halo Blocks does not currently use a separate analytics service such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics for Firebase. However, third-party services used by the Game, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Games Services, may process usage, diagnostic, advertising, and performance information for their own service operation, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. If we introduce additional analytics services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. 7. HOW INFORMATION IS USED Information processed through Halo Blocks and its integrated services may be used to: - provide and operate the Game; - save gameplay progress and preferences; - display leaderboards and achievements; - provide Google Play Games functionality; - display advertisements; - provide rewarded advertising features; - comply with user privacy choices; - maintain security; - detect fraud or abuse; - diagnose technical problems; - improve the stability and performance of the Game. 8. SHARING OF INFORMATION We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed or shared with third-party service providers when necessary to provide features of the Game. DATA RETENTION Gameplay data stored locally by Halo Blocks remains on your device for as long as necessary to provide the Game's functionality. You can generally remove locally stored data by: - clearing the application's data through Android settings; or - uninstalling Halo Blocks. Information processed by Google services may be retained according to Google's own retention policies and your Google account or Google Play Games settings. We do not maintain a separate Lumen Peak Games user-account database for Halo Blocks. 13. DATA DELETION Because Halo Blocks does not currently provide separate Lumen Peak Games user accounts, there is no Halo Blocks account that must be deleted through our servers. You can delete locally stored Halo Blocks data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the Game. Google Play Games profile information, achievements, Play history, and other Google account data can be managed or deleted through Google's account and Play Games privacy controls.
